Answer, process, and prioritize emergency 911 and non-emergency calls using MPDS and CAD systems. Monitor field units via radio and relay critical scene safety and patient information to responders.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to type at least 40 WPM. Completion of FEMA classes IS-100, IS-200, and IS-700 is mandatory, with EMD certification and prior EMS/Fire experience preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to lift or carry light objects, up to 25 pounds.
SALARY RANGE. $25.21/hr ; additional based on experience
