Operate and monitor computer-controlled core making equipment and sand mixers to ensure production specifications are met. Maintain accurate production records and perform routine machine setup and troubleshooting to optimize performance.
Requires at least one year of foundry experience and a high school diploma or GED is preferred. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds and working in high-temperature, high-humidity environments.
We are currently seeking a Core Machine Operator to operate and support computer-controlled core making equipment used in the production process. This role is responsible for supporting various core making functions while maintaining a strong focus on personal and team safety to ensure efficient and consistent production.

Core Machine Operator positions start at $25.60 per hour, with an additional $1.00 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Our comprehensive benefits package includes low-cost medical insurance, dental coverage, life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability, a company-matched 401(k) plan, and ten (10) paid holidays. Employees also become eligible for five (5) vacation days after six months of continuous employment.
