Salary Range:       $60,000 – $75,000

Reports To:           Business Development Leader – Western Canada

 

The Opportunity:

 

MCW is currently seeking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Business Development Leader – Western Canada, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to apply their skills and knowledge, to develop their professional career and to work with a marketing team across Canada. This position is best suited for a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude. This role is a full-time permanent, on-site position in our Vancouver office.

 

What you will get up to:

 

• Work closely with the leadership team and be responsible for developing and preparing responses to RFQ/RFP documents.
• Prepare fee letters, presentations and various marketing content. 
• Research and review new project opportunities, including monitoring bid sites.
• Liaise with Subject Matter Experts and leadership in Western Canada to create persuasive proposal and copy materials.
• Maintain proposal workload tracker, CRM, and long lead pipeline databases.
• Maintain and update corporate library of marketing and proposal content.
• Work with marketing team across Canada to promote our work on social media and our website.
• Other marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

 

Skills, Education and Experience:

 

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Experience within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is considered an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including superior copywriting, editing, and storytelling abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat Pro).
• Strategic thinker who excels working in a collaborative, team environment.
• Highly organized and proactive with capacity for attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and assess situations of urgency with minimal oversight.
