The associate will handle phone calls for service customers and manage rental car and fleet vehicle needs. They will collaborate with the Business Development Center team to achieve departmental goals.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a goal-oriented attitude. Previous experience in a call center or customer service is preferred but not required due to available training.
A successful Business Development Associate will provide the best possible customer experience and will provide consistent results that generate business for the dealership. They will also train to assist customers with their rental car. McKinney Buick GMC provides a great work atmosphere with the ability to be promoted from within. We are looking for a person who can both make phone calls for our service customers. This is a great opportunity that offers some flexibility with the schedule. A person with call center or customer service experience may do well in this roll.
