The LPN is responsible for assessing the physiological and behavioral health status of patients and developing care plans. They administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate medical documentation within a recovery facility.
A valid MA Registered or Licensed Practical Nursing license is required. Experience in behavioral health or addiction recovery is desirable, and phlebotomy skills are preferred.
