The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise Behavior Technicians. They are also responsible for providing feedback to families and monitoring clinical progress through data analysis.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field and possess current BCBA and MA LABA certifications. Previous ABA experience and a completed CORI background check are also required.

Help Set the Standard for High-Quality ABA Care- Fully Remote Clinical Supervisor/BCBA Opportunity


Mass Pediatric ABA is located in Westford MA and services all surrounding towns including Lowell, Dracut, Chelmsford, Tewksbury, and Andover.

Mass Pediatric ABA is hiring a part-time, experienced and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to service clients and families 100% remotely. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our growing team of dedicated professionals working with families to make a difference in the lives of our clients through in-home ABA therapy and support.

At Mass Pediatric ABA, we provide and maintain a personal feel for all of our employees and families. We understand that in order to increase the quality of clinical outcomes, providing a strong foundation to empower our caregivers is vital. This position is an integral part of our mission and we are looking for a BCBA who upholds our values and will be invested in our mission.

Mass Pediatric ABA is offering an hourly rate of $65-$70 per hour based on education and experience. BCBA's who are employed with the company will receive a sign on bonus of $500 after 6 months of employment!

Our BCBA will:
● Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
● Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
● Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, including RBT Competency Assessments and ongoing supervision.
● Visually analyze and provide feedback on utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians
● Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans
● Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
● Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted
● Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress

Requirements:
  • Current BCBA Certification and MA LABA
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
  • Previous ABA Experience
  • Completed CORI background check
