The intern will support the Employee Relations team by maintaining HR documentation, databases, and employee records. They will also assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and handling general HR queries and grievances.
Candidates should be pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are required, with a background in statistics or mathematics being an advantage.
