Enable enterprise risk management through the identification of critical business functions, dependencies, and potential threats by supporting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments.
Coordinate with operational groups to test and train on disaster recovery through organizing drills, training sessions, and simulation exercises.
Collaborate with IT, cyber, facilities, engineering, and business management to integrate DRM into company culture.
Ensure plans align with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
Assist in the development and execution of crisis response plans, ensuring alignment with disaster recovery strategies.
Drive analysis and reporting for organizational resilience scorecards and resilience reporting.
Stay informed on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats related to disaster recovery.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of the organization's enterprise resilience capabilities.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information security, or related discipline; will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience working in resilience in an enterprise environment.
Understanding of risks, threats, and vulnerabilities that may impact business operations.
Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and execution.
Experience developing and implementing business continuity and disaster recovery planning, preferably in a semiconductor or technology company.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in semiconductor, hardware, embedded systems, or complex platform environments.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CBCP, or equivalent certifications.
Proven history of delivering reliable and scalable solutions for resilience and protection of critical assets and processes.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.
Ability to define resilience related metrics and measurements to demonstrate risk-mitigation and organizational posture improvement over time.
Additional Compensation and Benefit Elements
With competitive compensation and great benefits, you will enjoy our workstyle within an environment of shared collaboration, transparency, and inclusivity. We’re dedicated to giving our people the tools and resources they need to succeed in doing work that matters, and to grow and develop with us.
