The HR Coordinator manages full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration for plant employees. Additionally, the role coordinates safety compliance, maintains personnel files, and tracks attendance and payroll data.
Candidates need 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment, and proficiency with HRIS platforms like ADP Workforce Now. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is required or preferred.
