Full job description

We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Lead to help increase Marso's visibility, generate commercial opportunities and strengthen our presence across the logistics and robotics ecosystem.

You'll play a key role in shaping how customers, partners, candidates and industry stakeholders discover and engage with Marso.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Manage and continuously improve Marso's digital presence across our website, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns targeting logistics and industrial audiences.

  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data and insights.

  • Manage marketing tools and automation workflows to improve lead generation and engagement.

Content & Product Marketing

  • Develop compelling messaging around our products, customer use cases and operational impact.

  • Create marketing materials, customer presentations, case studies and product content.

  • Translate complex technical topics into clear business value for operations and logistics leaders.

  • Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to showcase customer successes and product developments.

Events & Ecosystem

  • Plan and execute Marso's participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

  • Coordinate logistics, communication and content for events.

  • Help increase Marso's visibility within the logistics, supply chain, robotics and industrial technology ecosystems.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track marketing performance and report on key metrics.

  • Measure campaign effectiveness, website traffic, lead generation and event outcomes.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve impact and efficiency.

Profile

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing.

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, industrial technology, automation or robotics.

  • Experience marketing technical B2B products or solutions.

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

  • Strong execution mindset with a proven ability to turn ideas into action.

  • Experience managing digital marketing channels, websites, social media and marketing campaigns.

  • Comfortable organizing events, trade shows and customer-facing initiatives.

  • Experience in product marketing, content marketing, demand generation or growth marketing.

  • Data-driven and familiar with marketing automation, CRM and analytics tools.

  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and excited by the challenges of an early-stage startup.

  • Able to bring ideas, challenge assumptions and contribute to discussions while remaining highly hands-on.

Vos missions

Marketing digital & croissance

  • Développer et optimiser la présence digitale de Marso (site web, LinkedIn et autres canaux pertinents).

  • Concevoir, déployer et piloter des campagnes marketing ciblant les acteurs de la logistique et de l'industrie.

  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et optimiser les actions menées à partir des données recueillies.

  • Administrer les outils marketing et les automatisations afin d'améliorer la génération de leads et l'engagement.

Content & Product Marketing

  • Construire des messages clairs et percutants autour de nos produits, de nos cas d'usage clients et de leur impact opérationnel.

  • Produire des supports marketing, présentations clients, études de cas et contenus produits.

  • Traduire des sujets techniques complexes en bénéfices concrets pour les responsables opérationnels et logistiques.

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques et commerciales pour valoriser les avancées produit et les succès clients.

Événements & écosystème

  • Organiser et coordonner la participation de Marso à des salons professionnels, conférences et autres événements.

  • Piloter les aspects logistiques, la communication et les contenus associés à ces événements.

  • Contribuer au rayonnement de Marso auprès des acteurs de la logistique, de la supply chain et de la robotique.

Performance & analyse

  • Suivre les performances marketing et développer les reportings associés.

  • Mesurer l'efficacité des campagnes, le trafic du site web, la génération de leads et les retombées des événements.

  • Identifier en continu des leviers d'amélioration afin d'accroître l'impact et l'efficacité des actions marketing.

Profil recherché

  • Vous disposez de 3 à 6 ans d'expérience en marketing B2B.

  • Vous avez évolué dans des environnements liés à la logistique, la supply chain, les opérations en entrepôt, l'automatisation ou la robotique.

  • Vous avez déjà contribué à la commercialisation de produits ou solutions techniques à destination de professionnels.

  • Vous avez idéalement une expérience en startup ou dans un environnement en forte croissance.

  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à exécuter rapidement et efficacement et à transformer les idées en actions concrètes.

  • Vous maîtrisez les canaux de marketing digital, la gestion de sites web, les réseaux sociaux et les campagnes marketing.

  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans l'organisation d'événements, de salons professionnels et d'initiatives orientées clients.

  • Vous avez une expérience en product marketing, content marketing, génération de demande ou growth marketing.

  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils d'automatisation marketing, les CRM et les outils d'analyse de données.

  • Vous appréciez les environnements entrepreneuriaux et les défis propres aux startups en phase de développement.

  • Vous savez proposer des idées, challenger les hypothèses existantes et contribuer aux réflexions de l'équipe tout en restant très opérationnel(le).
