The role involves managing order entry, customer databases, and coordinating shipments and logistics to ensure sales process efficiency. Additionally, the assistant provides commercial support to the sales team and generates weekly monitoring reports.
Candidates should have a relevant degree or diploma, proficiency in English, and excellent knowledge of the Office suite. Previous experience in structured commercial environments and strong organizational skills are required.
La Manifattura Mario Colombo, società di abbigliamento leader nel segmento sportivo dal 1923 attraverso la commercializzazione del proprio brand (COLMAR) e la distribuzione di brand internazionali, è alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire nel proprio organico, con contratto a tempo determinato di 12 mesi, con la mansione di “SALES OPERATIONS ASSISTANT”.
La risorsa riporterà al responsabile Operations commerciale di riferimento e dovrà supportarlo nella gestione delle varie attività, per assicurare l’efficienza di tutto il processo di vendita.
In particolare, dovrà:
¨ Gestire le attività di ricevimento e inserimento degli ordini
¨ Gestire le anagrafiche e degli ordini dei clienti
¨ Effettuare elaborazioni di dati su Excel (o altri software)
¨ Controllare le linee di credito del cliente in collaborazione con l’ufficio crediti
¨ Gestire dei flussi comunicativi con il cliente per quanto riguarda le informazioni sui vari ordini e il loro avanzamento
¨ Coadiuvare il Responsabile delle operations nel supporto commerciale al team Sales
¨ Supportare la creazione delle picking list per il magazzino e il coordinamento delle spedizioni
¨ Supportare la creazione di report settimanali di monitoraggio delle attività commerciali e dei magazzini aziendali
¨ Gestire le prenotazioni ai corrieri per i clienti con consegna dedicata
¨ Interfacciarsi con il referente logistico per il monitoraggio delle spedizioni
¨ Gestire le altre attività di back office coordinandosi con i diversi dipartimenti dell’organizzazione
Profilo ideale:
¨ Persona precisa e dinamica
¨ Ottime capacità organizzative e di programmazione del lavoro
¨ Forte propensione a lavorare in team
¨ Precedente esperienza, seppur breve, maturata in contesti commerciali strutturati
Formazione e requisiti personali:
¨ Laurea o diploma pertinente
¨ Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
¨ Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, internet, motori di ricerca e canali web. Se possibile dimestichezza o conoscenza dei sistemi gestionali
Cosa offriamo:
¨ Contratto di lavoro: a tempo determinato di 12 mesi
¨ Orario di lavoro: FULL TIME 40 ore (da lunedì a venerdì)
¨ Inquadramento: per la posizione si offre un inquadramento come impiegata/o al 3° livello del CCNL Industria Tessile Abbigliamento Moda con retribuzione indicativa compresa tra 26.000€ e 29.000€;
¨ Modalità di lavoro agile: 1 giorno di Smart Working a settimana
