The PEMB Estimator is responsible for executing estimates, designs, and drawings while coordinating between sales and operations teams. Key duties include using MBS software for data input, creating CAD drawings, and managing project documentation to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Candidates must have 5 years of industry experience with MBS software and the ability to create CAD drawings. A college education is preferred, along with strong math skills and a proven ability to lead and multitask.

Working hand and hand with the sales team and the operations team. This is a hybrid position that works with all of the other departments. Interpersonal skills, problem solving combined with effective communication are essential elements of this position.
Qualifications- 5 years of industry experience in MBS Software
Carry oneself as a leader and self-starter
Multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently
Share a positive attitude and good work ethic
Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally
