Maintain the cleanliness and safety of interior common areas and exterior grounds across multiple properties. Perform daily sanitation tasks, manage waste disposal, and respond to urgent cleaning requests.
Requires a high school diploma and previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning. Must be physically capable of demanding tasks and possess strong attention to detail.
Position Overview:
The Onsite Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of assigned property spaces, including interior common areas, exterior grounds, and shared amenities. Working independently, this position follows established cleaning schedules and responds promptly to urgent cleaning needs or special requests from the property management team. This is a newly created position and an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual who is organized and detail-oriented. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while contributing to the efficiency and smooth operation of our team. The role includes working at multiple properties within Barrie, ON.
