The candidate must possess instructional and design leadership capabilities to manage national educator training and professional learning opportunities. Experience in partnership coordination, program evaluation, and the development of educational content for science institutions is required.
Lynker Corporation is seeking to hire a qualified candidate to support a contract with NOAA Research Office of Ocean Exploration and Research (OER). These are full-time positions that may be performed on-site or remotely, with anticipated travel in support of meetings, workshops, and field activities. Hiring for these positions will be contingent on contract award. Lynker will be operating under its Propel joint venture, a NOAA ProTech Oceans 2.0 prime contract holder. This Contract is Contingent on Contract Award.
The contractor shall provide instructional and design leadership to implement a national educator professional development program across online, onsite, and hybrid platforms to enhance ocean literacy and advance agency mission objectives. Additionally, the contractor will provide technical and administrative services for the management of existing alliances and the development of new educational partnerships and programs.
