Lead the development and validation of high-power LED packages for medical, life sciences, and industrial applications. Manage project resources, schedules, and cross-functional collaboration with global teams to ensure scalable manufacturing.
Requires a Master's or PhD in Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science with at least 10 years of experience in semiconductor product development. Must possess deep expertise in optoelectronic package design and the ability to lead complex technical projects.
