Negotiate and secure right-of-way and easement agreements while coordinating with survey, engineering, and project management teams. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to ensure project deadlines and acquisition targets are met.
Requires 2+ years of experience in right-of-way acquisition, land acquisition, or real estate, specifically for pipelines and overhead electric projects. Candidates must hold a valid Real Estate or Right of Way license with the Texas Real Estate Commission.
