Du drehst auch selbst. Mit Handy und Mikro Material aufnehmen, Setup aufbauen, im Kasten haben – das ist für dich Routine, kein Neuland.
Du bespielst unsere Kanäle. LinkedIn, Shorts, Newsletter, Ads – hochladen, verteilen, in der Community antworten, dranbleiben.
Du wirst besser, Stück für Stück. Du schaust auf die Zahlen, erkennst was funktioniert, und legst nach.
Du bringst eigene Ideen ein. Hooks, Formate, Angles – du wartest nicht auf Briefings, du kommst mit Vorschlägen.
Du hast die ersten ein, zwei Jahre Content, Social oder Marketing hinter dir. Genug, um ein gutes Arbeitsumfeld zu erkennen und zu schätzen.
