The Associate Manager assists with daily retail store operations, focusing on achieving sales goals through KPI metrics and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The Associate Manager is responsible for assisting with the daily operation of the Lilly Pulitzer retail store. This includes sales, client experience, scheduling, and safeguarding the assets of the store. The Associate Manager will have the responsibility of a store specific division of responsibility.
