The Lead Teacher supports the program director in hiring, training, and managing teachers while ensuring curriculum consistency across classes. They are responsible for creating schedules, maintaining student records, and representing teachers at leadership meetings.
Candidates must have at least two years of classroom teaching experience in a school or church setting. A mature Christian faith and active commitment to a local church aligning with the LifeWise Statement of Faith are required.
In addition to LifeWise teacher responsibilities, lead teachers support the program director in hiring, training and managing the program's LifeWise teachers.
