The substitute teacher is responsible for implementing provided lesson plans and maintaining a safe, organized classroom environment. They also act as an ambassador for the organization and manage attendance and communication with volunteers.
Candidates must possess a mature personal Christian faith and be active participants in a local church that aligns with the organization's statement of faith. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively teach students and collaborate with staff.
