Lead a team to provide Bible education to public school students by managing leadership, location, logistics, finances, and communication. The role involves recruiting and training staff while coordinating with a local Leadership Board.
Candidates must have a mature Christian faith aligned with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith and be active in a local church. Previous leadership experience and proficiency with Google Workspace and spreadsheets are required.

We are looking for a gospel-centered and detail-oriented Program Director to lead our team, in partnership with the local Leadership Board. Our ideal candidate is a spiritually mature active church participant with excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills who is adept at managing a broad range of administrative tasks. The Program Director will serve in a part-time 15-20 hours per week capacity. Hours may be greater than 20 hours per week initially and may vary during the summer months.
The Support Center is here to walk with you every step of the way! You'll be provided with a step-by-step plan, ongoing training and specialized coaching so you can bring Bible education to public school students in your community!
