The Quality Inspection Technician ensures the quality and compliance of parts and materials using precision measurement tools and specialized equipment. Responsibilities include performing inspections, documenting results in the ERP system, and supporting tool calibration and quality audits.
A high school diploma is required, with a preference for certified quality technicians or vocational training in machining. Candidates must have significant experience with CMM and various precision measuring tools, as well as the ability to interpret engineering drawings.

Position Summary:
The Quality Inspection Technician is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of parts and materials within Lexair’s production process. This role involves inspecting a significant variety of parts across various industries using an array of precision measurement tools and specialized equipment to ensure compliance with blueprints and quality standards. This position supports the overall effort to maintain exceptional quality standards at Lexair Inc.

Lexair was founded in April of 1977 as a manufacturer of high-pressure compressors and stainless steel valves for the United States Navy. Mid-year 1985 we acquired all rights to the hydraulic and pneumatic valve lines from Airmatic Allied. These products are now manufactured and distributed under the Lexair name. In addition to our previously existing products, we have continually expanded our Fluid Power Product offerings as we design and manufacture new or modified items to meet the special requirements of our customers. As a world leader in this market segment, we stand ready to meet any challenge. Our products are distributed by over 100 independent distributors and agents in the United States, Canada and Mexico with exports to the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia.
