The Senior Contracts Manager will lead a complex portfolio of U.S. Government contracts, providing cradle-to-grave administration and compliance oversight. We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, self-starting contracts professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and serves as a trusted business advisor to leadership, capture teams, and program management.
At Leidos, our Contracts organization serves as a strategic business partner, enabling mission success while protecting the company's interests through sound business judgment, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management. As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will play a key role by providing governance, contracts proposal lead, contract administration, compliance oversight, customer relationship management, and contract risk management across a dynamic portfolio of programs supporting critical national security missions.
The selected candidate will lead a diverse and complex portfolio of U.S. Government contracts supporting the Analysis Solutions Business Area, providing cradle-to-grave contract management throughout the acquisition lifecycle. This position requires significant experience administering and negotiating complex Government contracts, leading proposal activities, identifying and mitigating contractual risk, and developing business solutions that balance customer requirements with Leidos' business objectives.
As a Senior Contracts Manager, the successful candidate will operate with considerable independence while also working as part of a team in a dynamic environment. The position requires exceptional judgment, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence decisions at all organizational levels while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and customer requirements.
