Manage operations and maintenance for over 55 retail properties across four states to maximize property value and tenant satisfaction. Handle selective leasing activities, including prospect identification and lease negotiation, to maintain occupancy and drive revenue.
Requires 3-5 years of commercial property management experience, preferably with retail or mixed-use properties. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with proficiency in property management and CRM systems.

The District Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management and operations of over 55 retail properties within IL, MO, KS, and OK. This role focuses primarily on asset preservation, tenant relationship management, and operational excellence to maximize property performance and tenant satisfaction. The position includes selective leasing responsibilities to maintain occupancy and drive revenue growth.
The District Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all property-related matters and is directly accountable for maintaining and enhancing property value through proactive management and strategic tenant relationships.
