The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preserving the asset value by maintaining the community's interior and exterior physical condition. This includes performing preventative maintenance, handling service requests, and ensuring a safe, OSHA-approved environment.
Candidates must have 2 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair with excellent communication skills. HVAC certification and computer literacy are preferred.
The primary role of the Maintenance Technician is to assist with the maintenance program for the community and preserve the value of the asset. The Maintenance Technician assists in maintaining the community’s interior and exterior physical condition and is a customer service driven team player.
