Oversee and execute the daily maintenance, repair, and inspection of multiple vehicle dealerships and related facilities. Manage building maintenance personnel and coordinate with outside contractors to ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
Requires 8-10 years of experience in commercial building systems and a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must be physically capable of heavy lifting and possess a valid driver's license with a clean record.
