The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for the accurate receipt, inspection, and distribution of all incoming packages and mail. They also manage inventory control, stock rotation, and the processing of outgoing shipments using various delivery providers.
A high school education or equivalent is required for this position. Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control is preferred, along with the ability to lift up to 80 pounds.

SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of this position is to perform all activities of the shipping and receiving department. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Performs position responsibilities under the oversight of the Lead Shipping and Receiving Clerk, as well as the Accounting Manager, checking with appropriate individual, frequently for directions or questions.
EDUCATION: A High School education or equivalent is required.
EXPERIENCE: Previous shipping, receiving or inventory control experience is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to process numbers accurately. Must be able to manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with diplomacy and tact. Experience with PC’s and related software is preferred.
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: None.
