Requires proven experience managing an automotive service department and strong technical knowledge of automotive systems. Must possess exceptional leadership skills and a valid driver's license with a clean record.

You'll inherit a winning team of experienced Technicians, Service writers, a strong customer base, and the exciting challenge of growing our main Retail shop and the Fleet shop into Lakeland's premier retail and commercial fleet service center.
The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the service department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, maximizing department profitability, and managing a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
