Drive sales growth and market presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland for Urology, Gastroenterology, and Maternal & Child Health portfolios. Lead and coach the regional Inside Sales team while managing strategic relationships with healthcare stakeholders and hospital administrators.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Management and several years of successful medical device or capital equipment sales experience. Must be fluent in German and English and willing to travel up to 70% within the DACH region.

Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the Commercial Team, the Key Account Manager, DACH will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding Laborie's market presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role oversees the Urology, Gastroenterology, and Maternal & Child Health portfolios and leads the regional Inside Sales team to achieve ambitious business objectives.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with healthcare industry expertise and is comfortable working in a highly customer-facing role requiring up to 70% travel across the DACH region.
