Job Description:

This position will serve as a key point of contact within and outside the organization to communicate, negotiate, and influence contract terms, policies, and procedures. The individual is instrumental in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance contract management efficiency and effectiveness, developing and executing short-term operational plans that support business objectives and deliver measurable results. Success in this role will require strong management and leadership skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of contract law, negotiation, and administration within the industry.
