Desde el departamento de Recursos Humanos de Kronospan, buscamos incorporar a un BOC (empleado de administración) para la planta de Burgos (100 % presencial)
• Gestión de clientes desde el primer momento.
• Atención de llamadas y correos electrónicos de clientes y comerciales.
• Elevado volumen de trabajo: alrededor de 200 correos electrónicos diarios.
• Gestión de pedidos rechazados.
• Revisión diaria de facturas y facturación de fin de semana.
• Recepción de pedidos de clientes, introducción de los mismos en el sistema y confirmación de las fechas de entrega de los productos.
• Gestión de marketing, muestras y catálogos.
• Eventos con clientes.
• Captación de clientes potenciales.
• Envío de facturas proforma al cliente.
• Configuración del camión o vehículo de transporte (contenedor o barco).
• Una vez recibido el anticipo del cliente, se inicia el envío del material.
• Con confirmación al cliente y gestión de las reclamaciones.
