The Divisional Program Technician provides support to students and faculty by monitoring shop activities and ensuring the safe handling of materials. They are also responsible for maintaining inventory, performing routine repairs on tools and equipment, and preparing materials for learning.
Candidates must hold a minimum of a C Level Welding Ticket and possess valid Forklift certification. The role requires demonstrated knowledge of WHMIS, WCB safety procedures, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 23kg.
