The role involves initiating repair orders for various vehicle inspections and coordinating with other dealerships for recalls and diagnosis. Additionally, the position manages guest arrivals, loaner vehicle logistics, and maintains accurate automotive records.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid insurable driver's license. Previous customer service experience and computer proficiency are required, while Lexus or Toyota certification is considered a bonus.
