Provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs to help them live independently. Responsibilities include assisting with daily tasks, promoting community access, and maintaining a safe, structured environment.
Candidates must possess a full UK driving licence and have existing work authorisation for the UK. A minimum of one year of experience in care or support is desirable, along with the ability to handle challenging behaviours.
