We are looking for Maintenance II in our Palstic's Facility. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment
Basic electrical troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues.
Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problems or repair machines.
Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
Install and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
Basic repair and maintenance of physical structure of the facility
Set up and operate basic machine tools.
Operates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
Fabricates and repairs counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures.
Must be able to read and interpret simple hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, structural blueprints.
Utilize SAP system for work order.
Monitor the efficiencies of boiler system.

Key Qualifications
Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred experience.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Electrical license.
Have two or more years of electronic/electrical experience and/or on-the- job training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Requirements
Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 35 pounds or more.
Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
