The Operations Manager oversees all inbound and outbound fulfillment activities to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely order processing. They are responsible for managing operational expenses, developing team talent, and maintaining high performance standards through effective leadership and process improvements.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, SLA-driven e-commerce environment with strong labor management skills. Proficiency in warehouse management systems, specifically Manhattan WMS, and the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
About the role
This position will oversee and direct all operational aspects of Inbound and Outbound activities ensuring customer orders are processed and shipped in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. Managing operational expenses within forecasted budgets to drive positive EBIDTA results is a key component of this position. Will also develop operational action plans based on forecast and changes likely to impact business or functions of the fulfillment center. This position will be expected to develop, grow, and identify talent and bench strength amongst their team. Regular touch-bases with direct reports will be required to ensure communications, directions, and operational changes are understood amongst their team. Professionalism is a must.
