Lead and supervise a team of mobile maintenance engineers to deliver high-quality services across multiple sites. Oversee daily operations, optimize schedules via CMMS, and remain hands-on with complex technical repairs.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Maintenance Engineer and proven experience leading field-based teams. Must be proficient in CMMS and capable of handling client escalations under pressure.

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on to lead a Senior Maintenance Engineer team in delivering high-quality maintenance services across multiple sites. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives both on the tools and in coordinating teams- setting the standard for performance, efficiency and delivery.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimising schedules, supporting the engineers, and ensuring all jobs are completed to an exceptional standard.
