The Demand Generation Manager will own the strategy and execution of multi-touch campaigns to generate awareness and qualified pipeline for new business. This role involves managing marketing automation, lead scoring, and reporting while partnering closely with Sales and Product Marketing to drive revenue.
Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing within a B2B SaaS environment. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, CRM systems, and data-driven campaign management is required.

This role builds and runs the campaigns, automation, and measurement that identify the right school districts, earn their attention, and move them toward meaningful conversations with sales.
KickUp has the product, the customer results, and the reach to win. What this role adds is the systematic demand engine — multi-touch campaigns, lifecycle automation, and reporting that consistently generates qualified pipeline and shows marketing's impact on the business.
This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role. You'll own the strategy and execute the campaigns, working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to turn positioning into pipeline.
