Support the PE teacher in implementing daily lessons and managing sports equipment for students from Pre-K to 11th grade. Independently plan and lead after-school sports programs and assist with school-wide athletic events and tournaments.
Requires fluency in English and French, along with mandatory CPR/AED and first aid certifications. A degree in physical education or related field and at least 2 years of experience working with students are preferred.

Description du poste
Nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) de professeur d'éducation physique dynamique, motivé(e) et expérimenté(e) pour soutenir et collaborer avec le professeur d'éducation physique afin de proposer un programme d'éducation physique sûr, stimulant et adapté au développement des élèves de la maternelle à la classe de Première. L'assistant(e) de professeur d'éducation physique aidera à superviser les élèves, à préparer et entretenir le matériel, à faciliter les apprentissages, à promouvoir un comportement positif et à favoriser un environnement sûr, inclusif et solidaire qui encourage la forme physique, le travail d'équipe et l'esprit sportif. L'assistant(e) en éducation physique planifiera, animera et supervisera de manière autonome les cours de sport après l'école, offrant ainsi aux élèves la possibilité de développer leurs aptitudes athlétiques, de renforcer leur confiance en eux et de promouvoir le travail d'équipe.
