The role is responsible for coordinating home infusion therapy referrals, managing the patient intake process, and scheduling services. It involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and billing departments to ensure continuity of care and accurate insurance verification.
Candidates must be high school graduates or equivalent with at least three years of customer service experience. Proficiency in computer skills and strong organizational abilities are required, while literacy in medical terminology is preferred.

Job Summary: The Infusion Intake Respresentative is responsible for coordinating and processing home infusion therapy referrals while supporting infusion pharmacy operations. This role handles the patient intake process from referral through scheduling, ensuring timely verification, documentation, communication, and coordination of services. The position will work closely with pharmacists, nurses, billing staff, physicians, and outside providers to support continuity of care.
