The role involves researching property attributes and ownership information to maintain accurate records and prepare market reports. The analyst will collaborate with GIS and brokerage teams to translate data into meaningful insights for client strategy.
A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Data Science, or Business is required, along with at least 2 years of related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in commercial real estate or financial modeling is preferred.
