About Us

Karsh Hagan Madden is an independent marketing agency formed through the strategic partnership of Karsh Hagan and Madden Media. By blending bold creative storytelling with high-performing media, PR, GEO, and data-driven strategy, the agency helps ambitious brands close the gap between how they are seen and how they are felt-building genuine connections through moments that move people, brands, and places forward.

About the Role

We're seeking a Media Supervisor to lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated media campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and collaboration-responsible for translating client goals into high-performing media plans that reach the right audience at the right time.

You'll partner with internal teams, clients, and vendors to build smart, data-informed strategies, oversee campaign execution, and continuously optimize performance. This role also plays a key part in mentoring junior team members and contributing to overall media team excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and lead omni-channel media strategies aligned to client objectives and KPIs
  • Conduct audience, competitive, and industry research to inform media planning and optimization
  • Determine strategic media mixes using research tools and data insights
  • Collaborate with creative, account, and client teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
  • Oversee campaign setup, performance monitoring, reporting, and ongoing optimizations
  • Manage budgets, media authorizations, vendor relationships, and billing reconciliation
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights and future-facing strategies
  • Stay current on media trends, emerging channels, and new opportunities
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering growth and collaboration
  • Contribute to new business efforts, agency POVs, and internal training initiatives

What You Bring

  • 3-5+ years of paid media planning and/or buying experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
  • Experience with media research tools (e.g., MRI, GWI, Vivvix) and planning platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and media planning tools (Excel/Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Collaborative mindset with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Experience in QSR or multi-unit is a plus!

What You'll Get from Us

We see your success as our success. When you join our team, you'll get:

  • Opportunities to grow your skillset through training, new challenges, and learning experiences.
  • A team that's got your back and is ready to help you thrive.
  • A workplace culture that values intelligence, ambition, authenticity, and a willingness to learn.
  • No hoops to jump through about degrees or specific experience-we care about what you can do and what you bring to the table.

Don't Meet Every Requirement?

That's okay! At KHM, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences make us stronger. If this role excites you but your skillset doesn't line up perfectly with the qualifications above, we still want to hear from you. Who knows-you might bring something to the table we didn't even know we needed.

About the Interview Process

We like to keep it simple and transparent. Here's what the process may look like:

  • Round 1: A friendly chat with our Recruiter to get to know you and share more about the role.
  • Round 2: An interview with some of the awesome teammates you'll collaborate with.
  • Round 3: A conversation with the Team Lead(s) to dive deeper into the role and team fit.

Note: Depending on the position, there might be a small assignment along the way to showcase your skills and creativity. Don't worry-we'll let you know in advance!

Heads up: At this time, we do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation services.

KHM is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #LI-REMOTE
