As Director New Business Iberia, you will lead our business across Spain and Portugal. Reporting to the Regional Director New Business, you will be responsible for an organization of approximately 23 professionals across Sales, Realization, Solution Sales, Inside Sales and Marketing Communications.

This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to accelerate profitable growth, shape a high-performing organization and foster a modern, collaborative culture.

Your tasks

Your profile

This opportunity is likely to suit you if you bring:

• A proven track record of leading commercial growth within industrial equipment, capital goods, industrial automation or another complex technical B2B environment.

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of approximately 20 or more people within an international organization.

• Full P&L responsibility and a consistent history of delivering commercial and financial results.

• Strong experience in consultative selling, sales pipeline management and commercial negotiations.

• A leadership style that builds trust, develops people, creates accountability and enables teams to perform at their best.

• The ability to combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.

• Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese is an advantage.

• A technical degree combined with business or management education is appreciated, although equivalent experience is equally valued.
