Lead and supervise the community service team in performing daily maintenance, inspections, and upkeep of multifamily residential properties. Manage contracted vendors and ensure all mechanical equipment and community amenities are maintained to high standards.
Requires at least 5 years of experience in apartment repairs and a proven track record of managing service teams. EPA, HVAC, and CPO certifications are required or must be obtained, along with knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

Life as a Service Manager means that every day is a dynamic blend of servant leadership, problem solving, and resident and vendor relations! Your expertise as the Service Manager will guide the community’s service team through daily maintenance tasks, community inspections and upkeep, and more.
