Promote and sell energy-saving air compressors and related equipment to end-customers within the Rochester territory. Design quality air systems and utilize company sales tools to reach and maintain sales goals.
Candidates must possess mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and proven territorial management abilities. A clean driving record and proficiency in Google Workspace are required.
Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking an energetic, self-driven person who has a desire to impact the world through lowering energy costs and providing technical solutions to our customers. As Territory Manager you will have a geographic territory covering Rochester and surrounding areas. We supply internet generated leads, a large technical staff for support, as well as online and in-class technical training / certifications. Air travel for training only.

We offer a competitive base plus commission/bonus pay ($85,000-$195,000, to commensurate with experience and performance), and an excellent benefit package including Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan as well as a health and wellness program.
