You will lead children through organized incursions, excursions, and in-house activities while building positive relationships with families and the school community. The role involves ensuring a fun, engaging, and safe environment for children during school holiday periods.
Candidates must have a genuine passion for working with children and hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and working-with-children check. You must also be working towards or have completed a relevant certificate-level qualification in accordance with ACECQA.

As an OSHC Casual Educator, you’ll work primarily at Packenham Lakeside during the school holiday period giving you the opportunity to build ongoing relationships with the families, children, your team, and the wider school community. With a carefully curated holiday program you will join and lead the children for their organised incursions, excursions and in house activities, it could be anything from cookie making to footy drills and dance classes for example.
Holiday shifts will typically look like 6:30am - 6:30pm. There may also be the opportunity to casually support shifts during the term time if your availability permits.
