The Systems Administrator will manage and maintain Microsoft Windows server environments, network performance, and COMSEC security processes. They are also responsible for providing technical support, managing hardware configurations, and ensuring compliance with security regulations.
Candidates must possess an associate degree or higher in IT and at least five years of relevant experience. The role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and DoD IAM Level II certification.

JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
JOB DUTIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Evaluates system specifications, configures system, establishes standards, ensures hardware/software compatibility and maintains workstations and Microsoft (MS) Windows Operating Systems for stable performance.
Employee will be responsible for the following functions/duties:
RANGE POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position includes support in ongoing development and implementation of general and program specific COMSEC security processes and procedures to include the advisement, planning, implementation, training, oversight, monitoring, analysis, reporting and assistance in the execution of security operations for multi-service COMSEC support and duties relating to the day-to-day support of Special Access Programs (SAPs) and associated Facilities (SAPFs) at an Operation Test location.
Candidates with certification under the Security Personnel Education and Development program will receive first consideration. May be required to work 2nd shift and some weekends.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance up to Top Secret with Special Access. The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain DoD IAM Level II certification (CompTIA Security+) certification within 180 days of date hired. To complete each of these tasks, the candidate must have strong verbal and written communications skills.
REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Associates or higher degree in Computer/Information Technology, or equivalent academic/technical training. Possess five (5) years related experience or combination of experience in computer system basics and/or related areas of expertise. Must possess and apply a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures in computer science, graphics, and information systems.
In addition, a Systems Administrator II must possess the following qualifications:
SALARY
The expected salary range for this position is $78,500 to $100,000 annually.

JT4, LLC considers factors such as (but not limited to) responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.

WORKING CONDITIONS
This position involves work typical of an office environment with no unusual hazards. There is occasional lifting (up to 20 pounds), constant sitting and use of a computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while writing, reviewing, and editing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, and constant mental alertness.
