Supervise the day-to-day activities of an hourly production team to ensure manufacturing operations meet production specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Coordinate training, enforce safety guidelines, and manage resource deployment and performance evaluations for up to 30 employees.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years of operational leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems like SAP, with a strong understanding of OSHA regulations.

Pay Range
This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
The purpose of the Production Supervisor's role is to supervise the day-to-day activities of an hourly production team for a single product line to ensure manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost and wastage targets; and quality standards. The supervisor will coordinate training, enforce safety guidelines, and interface with other departments in support of production.
