The BIM Field Technician verifies installed conditions on-site and compares them with project drawings to document discrepancies. They are responsible for marking redlines and coordinating with field crews and the BIM team to ensure accurate as-built documentation.
Candidates must be able to read construction drawings, specifically MEP, and possess the ability to take accurate field measurements. Proficiency with tablets, Bluebeam, and strong communication skills for coordinating with field crews are required.
