Manages the daily operations and administration of a 10-bed sober living facility for females in substance use recovery. Oversees resident admissions, facility compliance, and provides direct supervision and training to the House Manager.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-2 years of behavioral health experience. Candidates must hold or obtain a CAS certification within six months of hire.

The Recovery House Program Coordinator manages the daily operations and administration of a 10-bed sober living facility, providing a safe, structured and supportive environment for self-identified females in substance use recovery. Reporting directly to the Manager of Substance Use Services, this role balances facility management, resident support, and community building with adherence to established regulatory and operational standards. This position also provides direct supervision, training, and support to the House Manager. This role is primarily on site at Recovery House, with a flexible daily start and end time.
Other Duties:
Salary Range: $57,200 to $61,360* ($27.50/hr - $29.50/hr)
