Manage the front-of-house operations including reception, administration, and client outreach. Execute the In Book Client Outreach Program to maintain and grow client relationships.
Requires at least 2 years of exceptional customer service experience, preferably in retail or restaurant settings. Candidates must be willing to obtain a General level 1 Insurance License and possess a vehicle for commuting.
